MCF orders: transportation delays
Due to a product malfunction, I sent a replacement product to the buyer via HAQM's MCF order feature:
HAQM order number: S01-3432079-5750031.
Carrier: HAQM Logistics.
Tracking code: TBA321427072859.
Shipment date is May 16, 2025, carrier estimated delivery date May 20, 2025.
But so far, the carrier information shows: package delayed in transit
The buyer has been waiting for his package.
But HAQM doesn't care about this, shouldn't HAQM compensate me for my loss? Shouldn't they find the product? Shouldn't it give me an answer?
