I want to sell my HAQM store operated since 2015
I’ve had an HAQM store in the beauty accessories category since 2015. It’s been mostly inactive for the past two years while I focused on other projects. Now I am thinking about selling my Aamzon store.
Here’s what I’ve got:
1 registered trademark
A private label brand enrolled in HAQM Brand Registry
Good account health
A lifetime rating of over 90%
A website domain
I am weighing two options: sell as-is or restart, build up some traffic, and sell later. Has anyone here sold a store like this—especially in beauty accessories? Would love to hear your experience or advice.

Did you build this business as a corporate entity (LLC, S Corp, etc), or under your personal name?

Sorry to be the one to tell you, but HAQM is no longer viable or sustainable business and entrepreneurs all know this. The platform has changed drastically in the last 2 years. Search HAQM business for sale and you will see dozens of listings of existing ones trying to sell because their accounts are all in the red. Also, there are several companies out there that will start an HAQM business for you, get it rolling with products/sales for a small fee. It is a very saturated and unprofitable business nowadays. Only major brand owners are in the green on HAQM now. HAQM has tightened all policies and made it impossible for 3rd parties or middlemen of a brand to compete on the HAQM marketplace especially in the beauty category. Not trying to discourage you, just letting you know it is a waste of your time and there is no value in what you seek.

Hello @Seller_yXF3Vy7aiSZ7e- I am sorry to hear you are considering exiting e-commerce sales on HAQM. We would be sorry to see you go, but I did want to share our policy page on the transferring of selling accounts so you have our policy easily accessible.
Please also know that our Community Guidelines for using the forums do not allow for any commercial solicitation, which would include attempts to sell a business on these forums, or requesting broker recommendations from fellow forums users, hence my editing of one of your comments in this thread.
Thank you,
Danny

There are companies that buy HAQM accounts. Just do a Google search. As with anything do your homework and pick a good one, plenty of scammers out there.

So you want to sell your Business, not your account or store.
A lot of issues might arise here.
Is that store's main account holder registered under your S Corps domain or is linked to your personal account?
Because if it's under your personal account then what the mod said is correct. You can't transfer that account. Adding a new user as the main account holder for the store is done in very rare circumstances. You can add them and make them an admin but they will run into a lot of issues that way. Whatever you do, don't delete the main account before you transfer it completely as it'll doom it all down the road.
That account also is the Main account on Brand Registry which again, more issues if it's linked to your private and not under the S Corp domain.
If the account is registered to the S Corp domain then you didn't transfer the account you sold the S Corp which owns the account and HAQM can't say anything about that. It's still owned by the S Corp , the owner of the S Corp has no bearing on the actual account.
However if it's a personal account, no one should buy from you.
Also, does the S Corp own the UPC Prefix? You'll need to change the brand ownership details etc unless it's also registered strictly to the S Corp. If either of those are under your personal information , no one should buy from you.
The supply/Private label agreement too with your supplier. Is that supply agreement under the S Corp with invoices in the S Corps name or your personal name? If it's not under the S Corp, then again, no one should buy from you.
Bottom line, why would anyone go through all that to buy your business when you said you don't pay attention to it? You have no sales data, no ranking, no brand awareness.
When you say "build it up" it makes me very confused. If someone is crazy enough to start an S Corp, do it all right, build up the brand and sales with the overall goal of just selling the business, I laugh at that as well. Why would YOU DO THAT? Negotiate better margins, uses your own knowledge to add negative keywords and hone ads in on your actual customers instead of letting HAQM AI spend freely. You'll make more from that then you ever would "selling the store". You sound like to me you are selling a dropship business because you don't private label and buy stock and just 'forget you have it", then suddenly pop in the forums and tell people you want to sell your business lol? What? You had that much money to just waste and then bail out of it all ? I don't know.

I think you will struggle to sell that business unless you have a private buyer in mind.
