It's very disappointed that HAQM let this happened. On the title they stated that is14K gold ( material, metal type ) when they are selling gold plated , gold filled, gold plated over sterling silver or stainless steel. Some the mentioned in the last bullet point or in the description, some they don't' mentioned ). Most of customer don't read the description. The title must stated 14K Gold plated, stainless steel, 14K Gold filled, 14k Gold plated over Silver.

There is a many seller and all the categories.

Customers are leaving negative feedback complaining that is not real gold ( HAQM customer services, they just said is FBA they are responsible ). The sad part is that customer are happy paying for fake jewelry and " beautiful fare price "

I paid to HAQM to sell Real gold and sterling silver. Last week a customer left me a feedback said that the pendant was not real silver, HAQM sent me a email to prove it or they will remove my listing.

I will appreciate HAQM investigate this situation , it's totally unfair for all the seller.

P.D Last year a read here in the forms the same complain and the HAQM customer services asking the seller for the ISIN number of those product, But I am sorry that is HAQM Job, it's not the seller job going listing by listing.
