ASIN (B0D6TWY1VR)Suppressed — Competitors Still Selling Identical Product. Need Help!
Hello HAQM Team,
I’m reaching out because I’m at a loss and truly need help. HAQM recently suppressed my main ASIN (B0D6TWY1VR) due to alleged safety concerns — despite the fact that I’ve submitted full compliance documentation (UN38.3, MSDS, FDA, ROHS, etc.) and confirmed that returned units were fully functional and safe.
To make matters worse, I’m seeing identical products still live and selling — same design, same function, even from what appear to be overseas sellers with far less documentation or transparency.
Why am I being targeted while others are allowed to sell the same product? As a small business, this feels incredibly discouraging. Every day my listing is down, I'm losing revenue and credibility with customers. I’ve even had to deal with fake reviews likely placed by competitors, and I feel like I’m being unfairly punished while the bad actors thrive.
I’m not asking for special treatment — just fairness. If the product is truly considered unsafe by HAQM, then why is it only being enforced on my listing?
I’ve tried everything: appeal, documentation, direct communication — and was told there is "no path to reinstatement." I’m now respectfully requesting escalation or any insight from others who have experienced this or from HAQM reps who may be able to shed light on the situation.
Please, if there’s anyone who can help me understand the next step or what I can do differently, I’d be grateful.

It's all in the wording. Have you looked closer at your competitor listings? One (at least) is sneaky and puts all the forbidden medical claims in their pictures, so the bot can't see it, however, none of the 4 I just checked, make any written medical claims.

The FDA requires that any health claims made about hydrogen water be supported by credible scientific evidence

Claims about the health benefits of hydrogen water (e.g., improved cognition, reduced kidney damage) must be supported by scientific studies and research
No Unproven Claims:
Claims that are not supported by scientific evidence or are not within the scope of established scientific understanding are not allowed

Thanks for reaching out. At this time the team has determined that these ASINs pose a product causes a safety risk and HAQM is currently not reviewing documents for these products. However we are investigating and will follow up when we have more information. While we can't guarantee that your ASINs will be able to be reinstated, as soon as we have any updates that we can share we will reach out to you here.
