Adverting Account Suspended before we've even launched campaigns

Hi everyone,

We've recently launched one product and it's doing well, with five star reviews. We tried to start ads yesterday but found our ads account had been suspended before we could begin. This was the original error message we found under Billing in the Advertising Console:

"We've suspended your account because of suspicious activity in United States. For more information, please Contact Us if you believe this is an error."

Then we opened a case, but HAQM Seller Support will not provide a reason for the suspension. This was their latest response below:

Hello from HAQM Advertiser Support,

I understand you are experiencing issues with ads account suspended.

We apologize one more time,

In this case, as we previously explain, our internal department reviewed your account information and have determined that your account is not in compliance with HAQM Ads Policies and/or Terms & Conditions, and cannot be reinstated at this time,

Your account is suspended due to suspicious activity and cannot be enabled at the moment.

Please do not re-open the case as we cannot disclose the exact reason behind the suspension.

If you know anything, we'd appreciate your help. Moderators, please weigh in?

I was able to connect with a colleauge from the Ads team who advised your account should now be enabled! Let me know if you see anything different from your end, and thanks again for posting!
