I’m reaching out because my HAQM seller account was deactivated a week ago due to a verification issue under section three, labeled "P-4 Verification."

I have submitted all the required documents and information as per HAQM’s verification guidelines, but my account is still deactivated. I’m unsure what the specific issue might be and would appreciate any guidance or clarification. Please note that I never change my seller account information last one year.
For review, I included the following documents:
• Passport
• Bank Statement
• Driver’s License
• Credit Card Statement
• Utility Bill (Mobile Phone and Internet)
• Business License

Hello everyone,
I hope you're all doing well. I wanted to reach out because my seller account was deactivated on 16th April due to a verification issue. Despite submitting all the required documents, my account remains inactive. I've ensured that all documents are up to date and have submitted scanned copies as requested by HAQM.
Unfortunately, the responses I've received so far seem automated or AI-generated, and I haven't been able to get a clear resolution. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? If so, how did you manage to resolve it?

Thank you for posting your concerns with your account deactivation.
I appreciate you sharing all of this information, I have looked over the situation and have additional reached out to the appropriate teams involved. I was informed earlier today that all of your documentation and information were reviewed and the account was reinstated. This process should have already taken effect, however there may still be some banners within the account advising it is still deactivated. These should clear up in 24-72 hours, if they are still present after that time, please share screenshots of the remaining issues so they can be addressed.

Is it possible for you to let me know whether the documents you submitted for the Bank Statement and Utility Bill are under your own name, or your LLC'S name as recorded under the 'Legal Entity' section of your Seller Account?
I would really appreciate your response as I have been dealing with this isssue for quite a while.

That will not qualify, it needs your name on it or at least must be accompanied by your birth certificate and her passport.
