Anyone else getting an error on the Business Insurance page?

Hi everyone,

I’m having a persistent issue with the Business Insurance page on Seller Central. About a week ago, I successfully uploaded a new insurance policy to comply with the annual renewal requirement. However, since then, I haven’t been able to access the page at all to check if the policy was accepted.

Every time I try, I get this error:

"Oops! Something went wrong; Please refresh the page and try again."

It’s been several days now with no improvement. I already opened a case with HAQM support — they’ve told me to clear cookies/cache and try different browsers (Chrome and Firefox), which I’ve done, but the issue still persists.

Has anyone else run into this problem recently?

This is really time-sensitive for me because the first payment for my insurance policy is now overdue, and I need to confirm everything is in order on HAQM’s side.

I’m attaching a screenshot of the error as well. Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Hi @Seller_16uaocOJpCSLY

I do see that seller support is working on a solution right now for you via case 17558407931. Since you tried to login from another browser and cleared your browser's cache+cookies then we have to wait for our tech team to respond.

I will be here in case you need further assistance after you hear back on that same case.

Best,

Connor

Update, I still can't access the Business Insurance page, seller support doesn't solve the problem, with each message they ask me to wait more days.
