Good day, thanks for allowing us to ask questions in advance. I have similar one's to In_Hype_906.

1. Taxes, in general who is responsible for taxation and taxation related compliance abroad.

2. Are their any other compliance or things sellers should do prior to shipping inventory to an EU country FBA center.

3. Is there an effective way to separate and manage FBA inventory abroad. I sent inventory to Canada once and have yet to send more since I'm never sure if I'm looking at US or Canada SKUs.

Thanks!

That doesn't have to be the same like "Sell Globally" where the seller needs to ad all these marketplaces to his seller account.

If it's working how I imagine it's incredibly easy for US sellers. No new marketplaces in seller central, no VAT number from each European country, no need to file a VAT return, no need to package, buy shipping and ship, no need to care about import fees and customs, no need to upload an invoice for each customer.

But maybe I didn't understand this correctly, since they write:

That means we create accounts in the marketplaces and list but don't send? Who pays the VAT and customs?

A main problem I see although: as well as in the USA, in Europe the product label has to appear in the language of the marketplace! Big problem. So, for regular products sold on .com they could only be sold in UK, Ireland and Malta. And since the units are taken from US inventory, the seller would need to create listings in different languages (or on different marketplaces as asked above), send inventory in different languages to HAQM USA and HAQM would pick the correct one (with its specific FNSKU) and send to the correct country.

Sounds easy, but in reality it won't be.

Thank you for providing this forum.

HAQM Global Selling different from Remote Fullfillment with FBA?

Does the HAQM US account automatically send EU customers to the HAQM EU?

How will the Worldwide Customers know an HAQM US product is also available through the HAQM EU store in their country?

There are no additional account fees for selling to the global markets?

My questions below is similar to Platinum_Level_LLC

Do I need to do the brand registry process for EU

Do I need to do separate stores or the US store is all I need?

Will you be covering selling in the UK as well? I’m particularly interested in whether remote fulfillment from the UK to Ireland is now available, as I’ve seen some discussions on Reddit suggesting that it is but HAQM support told me that is not yet fully operational.
