Variation Ownership?
Seller Central User here who was previously using Vendor Central. When we were on Vendor Central HAQM apparently created many dummy parent ASINs to create variations of our products. Once they took away our Vendor Central access (because we stopped fulfilling orders due to switching to fulltime Seller Central), we no longer have access to those dummy parent ASINs.
HAQM won't do the variations for me via a ticket anymore. I cannot update the variations from SC because I have no access to the parent ASIN. Seller Central tells me to contact Vendor and Vendor tells me I don't have a working account so I must contact Seller Central. So how do I manage these variations?
Lastly, I am the brand owner. I was on Vendor and I am on Seller as well.

Apologies for the back and forth you have been having between vendor and seller central responses. In order for me to look into this issue further, I wanted to clarify if CASE ID ending in 8771 is related to this issue or if you have a separate CASE ID where you spoke with Selling Partner Support about looking into regaining ownership of the parent ASIN ?
