Hi, I verified my bank account in US marketplace but after I tried to assign it I got this alert "your deposit method is missing, invalid, or not assigned" and the email saying "transfer of funds was not successful". My bank confirmed there're no issues on their side and they don't see any failed transactions. Please check the case 17735534861. Thank you.

I tried switching back to my old bank account, which had been my HAQM deposit method for years, but now it says “transfer of funds was not successful due to incorrect information.” This account worked perfectly for years, and all disbursements went through without any issues — so why is it suddenly not valid? This definitely seems like a technical glitch.

CR back here again. I had a chance to peek at case #17735534861 and can confirm that this has been routed to the appropriate partner team for further review.

In taking a look at your account, I do see the below banner on your 'deposit method' page. I'm sure that you have already, but have you tried to click on 'assign' to assign an account to each region?

I am having the exact same issue. My bank has also confirmed that all info is correct on their end and they have not seen any pending transactions. The account has been fully verified and ironically HAQM was able to deposit $0.01 on May 5, 2025 but now claims that the account info is incorrect? What?!?! When I tried to switch back to my old bank (where previous deposits were just fine) it now gives the same error email. There has to be a fix for this!! When I opened a case I just keep getting the generic email to fix account info. This has been beyond frustrating!!!
