To all vendors selling on HAQM:
Be aware that HAQM is not giving vendors a proper or fair treatment in customer returns.
HAQM has all kinds of obstacles for your to reclaim what is your as well so be aware and take note of the following:
- RMA submitted by customer can authorized by HAQM even if you do not approve it (all a customer has to do is contact amazon to insist on a refund and the y will immediate approve the REM)
- Once the RMA ids approved, the refund for the vendor's merchandise is credit back fully (including shipping) to the customer.
- The RMA return label that HAQM gives the customer is charged to you, the vendor (Even if you have a policy stating the customer is responsible for any returns).
-When you are making a proper refund, most times their platform does not let you deduct the return label charges from the refund unless you try to sort of do it with a re-stock fee.
- When making a refund, the re-stock fee function use to be able to input decimal amounts to be more precise, now thay have remove that function and it is now very hard to calculate a proper re-stock fee.
-It use to be that if you called for help on the customer service they would at least put an effort to help the vendors, now they representatives are rude, dismissive and now they are authorized to hang up on you if you the vendor get irritated with them and they will make it difficult for you to get a supervisor. The representative will cut you off rudely and tell you he is issuing a Waring (you get 3) before he or she will hang up on you if they don like your tone of voice.
-Buyers can buy from vendors and complain to HAQM that they did not receive their packages and they will get their money back as well as your merchandise, that is correct, HAQM is helping these thieves steal form you the vendors.
