I couldn't be more upset
On April 2 my Amz account was hijacked probably because that's a payment date and they were trying to get the payment.
I brought it to HAQM's attention on that date and they froze my account and proceeded to "sanitized" it.
When I opened Case 17527153991 and asked how I could get my April 2 payment I was told I'd have to wait for the next settlement period, April 16 for the accumulated net proceeds
April 16 has come and gone w/o a payment. And the "Net Proceeds" on my Payment page continues to read "0" even though I have had sales this entire period.
Today on the Customer Service phone I was told they would send my request for Review by the internal team. I explained I needed the money to pay bills now, and asked to speak to a Supervisor. I was told the Supervisor would call in 5-10 minutes. An hour later, no call.
I then called again and after the Customer Service person reviewed the notes she dis-connected.
I then did a Chat and was told I'd have to wait until the NEXT settlement period (April 30) for a resolution.

Let's be honest!!! There is zero seller support on HAQM. There is not a point of contact person you can reach in emergency situations like this. HAQM doesn't care because it would cost them money if they did care. They take zero responsibility for the mistakes of their employees. While you are deactivated there are 100 more in line behind you trying to jump onboard.

I do see that there was a disbursement released to your bank account on 4/21 and another one on 4/18. You can review those in your Disbursements tab under the Payments menu.
