Urgent Help Needed - Clear Review Manipulation Damaging Product Rankings
Looking for advice or if others have faced something similar.
I recently noticed suspicious activity affecting one of my best-performing products. Two accounts left 1-star reviews. Both accounts had only 2–3 total reviews each—and oddly, each left a negative review on my product and a positive review on the same competing item.
Even stranger, both reviews had a nearly identical tone and structure, and both reviewers added a random review on a third, unrelated item (likely to make it seem more natural).
This seems like a coordinated attempt to hurt my rating and boost another seller. I’ve reported it through amazon but haven’t heard back yet.
You can clearly see which seller is doing this to my listing!
Anyone know how to get HAQM to take this seriously or had success resolving something like this? This kind of behavior undermines the entire review system.
Appreciate any help.

Unfortunately, if the review doesn't contain abusive language, there's not much you can do directly. Still, it's worth reporting the review to HAQM and seeing if they take any action
