Cushioning requirements for packaging light non-crushable products in blister packs
I am just now preparing the boxes for my initial shipment of Rake Mate to distribution centers, they are flat blister pack cards that are approximately 6 x 8 x 1/2“ thick and contain one non-crushable urethane part and I found a box that fits them very snuggly so that they don’t bounce around and there is no room for movement do I still need to have a box that’s individually pack each of these cards it would seem like a tremendous waste of space because I can ship 30 in a box that is 8 x 10 x 20 but if I add 2 inches of space around that it seems to make for a much bigger box. Can anybody give me some guidance? I don’t want my products returned thank you.

Just put an FNSKU label on each blister pack and send to HAQM. Should be fine.
