Product and food safety policy compliance to move to Account Health dashboard
Starting May 29, 2025, we’ll begin to migrate all product and food safety compliance requirements from the Manage Your Compliance dashboard to the Policy Compliance page within the Account Health dashboard.
The updated Account Health dashboard streamlines compliance management; you can monitor policy violations, submit documents, file appeals, and coordinate with Testing, Inspection and Certification providers for product verification, all in one place.
During the migration period, you must check both dashboards to view all of your violations. We'll guide you through this process with instructions on updated help pages and video tutorials when the migration starts.
The migration is expected to be complete in July, and we’ll notify you once all compliance violations are consolidated into the Account Health dashboard.
We appreciate your understanding as we work to simplify compliance management on Seller Central.

On May 22nd, I find my product listing was suddenly being removed by HAQM because of "violated product and food safety". I don't know what went wrong. please help
Seller_5ttu1AKpRj26d
We are experiencing an issue with ASIN . Our listing was suddenly closed and required action, which has taken a tremendous amount of time to resolve with HAQM. We believe the closure is in error and not a violation of safety guidelines.
As requested, we provided an SDS (Safety Data Sheet) with clear information on the item. This SDS confirms that the product does not fall under the restricted product criteria. We submitted this document to clarify the matter; however, the HAQM AI system did not accept it, and it has been four weeks and many emails regarding this issue.
We have implemented numerous measures to mitigate the influence of artificial intelligence in our processes. Furthermore, we arranged for a human representative to convey that HAQM's assessment is inaccurate.
We understand that the AI system operates according to specific parameters. Despite this, the provided SDS clearly demonstrates that the item is compliant. Could you please advise on the necessary steps to resolve this with the automated system? Alternatively, we would like to inquire about the possibility of a manual review to address this issue, considering the documentation already provided.

I see you all may need assistance with your listings! I recommend each of you creating your own thread within the Product Safety and Compliance category and you'll be able to get individualized assistance!
Please add all necessary information around your issues within those threads.

Dear HAQM
Following up on the "BUGUS" news notification regarding product and food safety policy compliance on the new account health dashboard.
the HAQM AI system has rejected our compliant SDS for four weeks. We have contacted you multiple times regarding this..

It appears that this is not an isolated incident—our listing has encountered the same issue. After reviewing HAQM’s policies thoroughly, we confirmed that we have not violated any relevant rules.
We opened a case to request assistance in identifying the cause, but on all three occasions, we received the same response:
‘’Dear Selling Partner,
This product causes a safety risk.
Therefore, it is prohibited from sale and listing on HAQM. At this time, we will not be reviewing any documents for this product.
We appreciate your cooperation.’‘
No specific reason was provided.
We understand that the customer service representative might have limited authority. However, such perfunctory responses seriously undermine our trust in HAQM. I used to believe that as long as you followed the rules, HAQM would treat sellers fairly. Unfortunately, that no longer seems to be the case. I'm very disappointed and will no longer recommend HAQM as a platform for friends to start their business.
Best Regards,
Sophie

Hi,
I attended the webinar and heard that later on all of the products are required to go through TIC testing. But what if we have our own test reports? Do we still need to go through TIC in this case? And does it cost for verification?
