My seller account has now been deactivated for over a week, and I’m reaching out here out of frustration and urgency.
Since the deactivation, I’ve submitted every document imaginable — the kind of documentation you’d submit for a passport or background clearance. This includes:
Government-issued ID
Driver’s License
Credit Card Statement
Canadian and U.S. Bank Statements
Utility Bills (Internet and Electricity)
Company Incorporation Documents
Proof of Address (both Home and Office)
Despite this, I kept receiving boilerplate rejections — no clear reason, no specific guidance. Then, finally, I received not one, but two separate emails confirming:
"We have reviewed the documents you provided and completed your verification. You can now sign in to Seller Central and start selling on HAQM."
Yet when I log in, my account still shows as deactivated, and I continue to see this message:
"We completed our evaluation of your submission. We do not have enough information to remove the violation at this time."
Every time I reach out to Seller Support, I’m forced to repeat the entire story from scratch, no continuity, no accountability. Meanwhile, my business is suffering: I’m losing sales, facing warehouse storage costs, and dealing with reputational damage.
This isn’t just a systems issue , it’s a people issue. I’m simply asking for one competent HAQM team member to take ownership, review my file holistically, and resolve this.
Please, show some compassion, ensure there is human-level engagement, and restore the trust we sellers place in this platform. I’ve submitted seven appeals already. I am not trying to bypass the system, I am just asking for fairness, clarity, and action.
HAQM’s success is built on small businesses like ours. Don’t let the system alienate honest sellers trying to follow the rules.

At 05/22/2025, our product stopped selling by HAQM because of "Product and Food Safety Violations"
But we are so confused! We read the policy carefully and we determined that our product did not pose this risk nor was it on HAQM's banned products list. I filed a complaint document, sent the test report and product pictures. But the response was: at this time, we will not review any documentation for this product

I sent you all support documents, such as invoice, shop registration in Thailand, telephone number, website etc..You still deactivate my account by giving the reason that it's conterfeit. Hello, thanks for doing this. A few questions below.
- Why aren't virtual bundle sales available via business reports? Why do we have to rely on email delivery?
- Why is data so delayed in business reports, especially the child ASIN view? Other platforms like shopify, etc. have real time metrics, and you have the orders in almost real time so surely we should be able to see all of yesterday's sales 12+ hours later.
- In the Search Query performance reports, is there any way to parse out organic vs. paid traffic? It would be interesting to see how customers are finding us organically.
- Why can you bookmark certain Seller Central pages like Business Reports, but you can't bookmark something like the subscribe and save dashboard and you have to manually search for it every time (it's not even available in the Seller Central menu on the left).
- Why can't you export high level metrics like ad spend per month in the ad console? If I wanted to view monthly ad spend for 2024, I'd need to hover over a chart and manually type those numbers into a spreadsheet.

There is a warehouse - SCK8 - that is a problem for ALL sellers who are confined there. They take 2-4 months from "delivery" to check in.
a) Why do you allow this warehouse to function so poorly without taking any action to get them up to HAQM standards?
b) Why do you confine certain sellers to ONLY this warehouse when no small business can survive with inventory being out of commission for months?
No "growth" steps matter when there is no inventory to sell.

Hi there,
We've been selling in the US marketplace for many years. We recently planed to expand to the Canada marketplace. We registered Canada account under "sell globally" page. However under our global account, only US is showing up. I am able to log into seller central Canada domain, as well as Mexico domain, but these two countries are not showing up next to our store name. I think there is some kind of bug in the Unified North America Account function. I opened a case with HAQM, so far HAQM told me this:
"For some marketplaces and platforms, the marketplace switcher would only display one flag as those marketplaces or platforms do not support additional marketplaces. If you are unable to see other marketplaces in the drop down this means the platform does not support that particular marketplace(CA). If not by default, CA,US, MX it will show up. There is no path forward in this case."
I don't accept this analysis. Would you please help me?

My question, or request, is about expanding Search Analytics to more than just a seller's existing ASINs.
I sell message products: stickers, magnets, buttons, tshirts, etc - for which there are always new product opportunities based on current events or something happening to a group or niche interest.
Search Analytics is useful for drilling down into my existing product ASINs to see what people are searching for - where product is triggered to be shown - and finding new opportunites and products to make.
What is missing, and what is not provided by other tools, is to see searches outside of my existing ASINs.
There is a "top search terms" feature but it is useless except for a few broad, highly popular searches, and those will already have my product options.
There are daily new issues, ideas, wants that customers have and are searching for, for which there is no product in the catalog. Current tools do not surface those search interests, unless I already have an existing product that is close enough to trigger an impression for the search. Give me the full stream of searches so I can create new products to provide what the customer is searching for.
