New Reimbursement Policy Scam

We're considering pulling all high value items from FBA due to this. Not sure how HAQM can deem a high value item similar to a low value product and weaponize it against us. The best part? The majority of returns of the high value products are counterfeit that HAQM FBA employees fail to inspect and authenticate and simply put in the disposition as "Customer damaged" so on top of the improper value, they are also trying to falsify ineligibility for reimbursement before attempting. So HAQM aids the customer in mail return fraud (violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1341) and then won't take accountability for it.

Is this grounds for arbitration with the potential to lose thousands of dollars that we won't be able to reimburse due to this scam of a policy that somehow makes HAQM immune from Customer Mail Return Fraud? We could use a little insight here as removing HAQM's ability to dictate what they're going to pay us seems to be the only option after their employees willingly allowed counterfeit products to be returned to us. We can still just as easily beat HAQM Prime shipping times at a margin loss but nothing in comparison to the obvious theft that is occurring now.
