How do I merge accounts with duplicate marketplaces?

I have a USA and mexico account, but I also wanted to sell in Canada. For some reason, my account couldn't add Canada so HAQM's customer support said to create a new account for Canada and merge the acounts later. I did this, however, my new Canada account somehow has a USA and Mexico account. How do I merge these accounts because when I try to merge them, I get an error (Accounts, irrespective of their status, that exist in the same marketplace cannot be merged.).

Please help!

Connor from HAQM here, your old account should've had Canada included, creating secondary account to merge them now may not be an option since Canada may exist but is in inactive state in the old account.

Can you share any support case IDs from the new account and if you have from the old account, that will be very helpful too.
