NEED HELP, NO RESOLUTION AND JUST RUN AROUND SINCE 5/6

It is now 6/7 and I have no received any resolution since 5/6 nd prior actually regarding "others" charged to my account. After receiving why the amount was charged and the fedex chargebacks which are incorrect on case ID 17643514351 which was started on 4/24. I then emailed fedex with al information required to receive this message from them...

Upon reviewing the tracking number, I have confirmed that the shipment is billed to HAQM. Since the label was created under their account, HAQM will need to submit the dispute on your behalf.

So then I come back and start yet another case ID 17872974271 and get nowhere like usual. Here is the excel sheet with additional information requested by the chat agent

This is the follow up regarding filing claims with FedEx for shipping overcharges as FedEx indicated HAQM must submit claims on your behalf since shipments were billed to HAQM's account.
As per our team update, after investigating the order 113-2696047-8497868, 114-1556117-2501823, 113-3995256-2942665 we found that there are no carrier adjustments.
Hence there are no further action required.
THESE DONT EVEN MATCH UP TO WHAT I SENT. SO NOT ONLY DON'T THEY MATCH UP THE CASE IS CLOSED AND NOW HAVE TO START ALL OVER. IS IT ME OR DOES AMAZON JUST GIVE THE RUN AROUND TO MAKE PEOPLE GIVE UP?? WHEN AT ONE POINT DO WE HAVE TO FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AND HAVE IT PLASTERED ON TV TO GET SOME RESOLUTION? A PUBLIC COMPANY CAN'T DO BUSINESS LIKE THIS.
Can a moderator take this over and finally submit this to fedex or point me in the direction? I have never had these chargebacks before and all of my weights and dimensions are accurate. In addition, I just had another from fedex once again for almost $300.

are you sure, your 11X11X19 wasn't by any chance 11.05 x 11.05 xx 19.25, that would make it a 12x12x20. Are you sure your 9lbs wasn't 9.01lbs? that would make it 10lbs.

This is now the 3rd time that case 17872974271 they keep responding back with below....I am not getting through to them. I keep stating and also sharing my screen and sending attachments that on 4/18 $81.14 was deducted for "others" which after almost 2 months it took amazon to finally get me a response on what that was for. This email then on 4/24 under case ID 17643514351 reads the following....

Thank you for your patience while we completed our investigation.
Based on our records, these charges for $105.74 and $200.51 are associated with chargebacks that occur when entering weight and dimensions that don't match the Carrier's audited weight and dimensions.
In situations where these automatic charges can't take place after a manual inspection, we process the charges under the "Other" transaction type.
While I understand this isn't the most transparent system within Seller Central, we are working to improve this portion of our system for these types of "Other" charges.

THEN I come back to amazon CS and explain this and tell them that you need to help me submit a claim to FEDEX for reimbursement. I am getting the run around and Ill transfer this and internal team will send you an email that. 4 times now I get this as a response but with different reps names.....

So riddle me this.....AMAZON sends me the tracking numbers and order ID's that were charged back for "incorrect dimensions and weight" but now tells me those tracking numbers have no adjustments.
