Why all the "pending" orders lately?
Recently the number of my orders that stay in the "pending" category for hours and hours (one was about 48 hours in that status) seems to have greatly increased. Anyone else seeing this? I'm wondering what changed.

Recently the number of my orders that stay in the "pending" category for hours and hours (one was about 48 hours in that status) seems to have greatly increased. Anyone else seeing this? I'm wondering what changed.

Nothing has changed. Pending is typically because the buyers payment method (credit card, debit card they have on file has expired and they don't realize it until they get on HAQM again and then update the info. That's usually the issue most of the time.
