It needs here what it needs under the law. You should familiarize yourself with the law applying to any product you plan on selling. You should also carefully research each product to see if it is restricted on HAQM. MANY are.

Note, HAQM has been shutting down a ton of "grinders" as drug paraphernalia and if they do so, will suspend your account

If this is one of those "Spice Grinders" that has holes WAY to big to actually use on spices, but just happens to work great on pot, then you will eventually get shut down. May take a while, but it will happen.

If it's actually for a real food purpose, then as long as it's compliant with laws, you should be okay. But I can't imagine why anyone would by a rechargable "grinder" for use in the kitchen, where simply plugging it in would be easier than remembering to charge it.
