I Want to Join Creator Connections – But the Option Isn't Available
Hi everyone,
I’ve been selling on HAQM Handmade for a long time and, like many of you, I’ve poured a lot into my business. In the past, I spent thousands of dollars on HAQM Ads, but unfortunately, I wasn’t able to make it work profitably. Right now, my shop is on the verge of shutting down, and I’m trying to find a more sustainable way to keep going.
I recently heard about the HAQM Creator Connections program and believe it could be a great opportunity to drive traffic through influencers. It seems like the kind of exposure small handmade brands like mine truly need.
However, I don’t have the option to join the program—my account doesn’t show any way to apply or opt in.
Has anyone else experienced this? Do we need to be invited? Or is there something I’m missing?
Any guidance or tips would mean the world to me right now. Thank you in advance! 🙏

I think I saw something about this under the promotions tab: You can now use "Percentage Off" promotions to create Social Media Promo codes. Click Create and opt-in to Share with HAQM Influencers and Associates by selecting the checkbox. Learn More: http://sellercentral.haqm.com/help/hub/reference/G38DDUTSB8YYH8CH

According to Help page, you must meet the following eligibility:
"Brands with a US advertising account based in the US (United States), CN (China) and HK
(Hong Kong) are eligible. You must also be registered in Brand Registry as the brand
representative or authorized reseller."
Do you qualify with those requirment? If not, then that could be why you don't have the ability to join.
