AWD replenishment order is always failed
Hi,
I just noticed that the auto replenishment is not working for my AWD inventory. I also tried to manually create the shipments, but that is not working as well. We are dangerously low on inventory now and I am worried we will run out.
I am getting the same message- "Please contact seller support to resolve the issue."
Only one of the manual shipments had this error- "The expiration date requirements for one or more of your SKUs have changed. Please go back to step 1 and enter the expiration date for". I have no idea what this means at all since out product has no exp. date. We have been selling this product for over 4 years on HAQM as well.
