I took a look at your provided case ID and do see our team there provided some guidance on the next steps since the deal is an 'Upcoming' state, but the deal price may cause suppression.

They recommended creating a new deal that aligns with the eligibility requirements. For further assistance please see help page content on monitoring and troubleshooting deals.
