Unauthorized International Marketplace Enrollment – Refund Request Help

I recently discovered that HAQM automatically enrolled my listings in international shipping, despite my explicit choice not to do so. I’ve since removed the additional marketplaces and submitted a refund request, but I’m concerned about how this happened and how to prevent it in the future.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any advice on getting a resolution quickly? Appreciate any insights. Thanks in advance!

There are two ways to sell internationally on HAQM. One way is to list on some of the other platforms. The other is to allow international orders from the dot com listing.

If you are selling on the individual plan and are receiving international orders, this has to be corrected by editing each SKU.

If on the professional plan you just edit all of your shipping templates.
