Is it a violation to sell the goods purchased from amazon?

Just wonder if it violate HAQM policy if I list the products purchased from HAQM.com? Just clarify that it is NOT dropship, instead, I purchased the products and stored in my warehouse, and then ship to the buyers with my own box if the order is placed.

No, I do not believe invoices/receipts qualify for supply chain issues with purchases or authenticity complaints.

Are you going to sell them as NEW? An account death penalty awaits you.

Do you have an LOA from the brand?

Is HAQM an authorized wholesaler? HINT -- NO they are NOT an authorized wholesaler.

HOW can you be around for 7 years and NOT know the risks?

I wouldn't try that at all. HAQM usually goes after people who try to resell the same products they do. If I were you I would decide what you want to sell and start contacting brand owners so you can get proper permission to sell their products. If they don't give you a Letter Of Authorization, they don't give you permission to sell their products.

I don't think that there is a specific rule against this; but the chances of doing it without violating some other rule are nearly zero. And when the slightest question of authenticity, you're done with no recourse (can be as simple as a customer stating "it doesn't seem the same as I got last time")

And of course, this doesn't even address the issue of how you would expect such a model to be profitable.

Specifically you may not use Prime to buy something to resell.

The only legitimate way to use HAQM as a source is for used items, which are purchased used and sold used.

HAQM is not an acceptable source for anything you want to sell as New.
