Our product ASIN B0CK51KV2X has been blocked and for weeks now we have been in contact with support only receiving automated responses, they do not give us specialized attention and we have already provided information of our product by different means.

Our product B0CK51KV2X is a point of sale terminal, one of our best sellers, it does not represent any risk and has not received any complaints from our customers.

We need to know how we can reactivate our point of sale B0CK51KV2X as we have a high volume of inventory in the HAQM warehouse.
