What is going on in RYY2 ?????????? UNACCEPTABLE
We have been professional sellers on HAQM for over 10 years. We are thoroughly familiar with the proper procedures for preparing and shipping inventory, labeling products, uploading files, and creating shipments.This is the first time we have encountered such a serious issue:
The shipment was delivered on April 17 to the destination fulfillment center (RYY2)
it was checked in on April 20.
On April 26, the shipment status changed to "Canceled" — not by us, but by HAQM — and it was transferred to another center.
It began processing, and three days later, it was moved again.
On April 30, the shipment status changed to "In transfer to another fulfillment center."
This timeline clearly demonstrates that there was an error during HAQM's internal handling of the shipment. In other words, the items were lost while they were in HAQM’s possession at RYY2, and no one seems to have an answer. As of today, 655 units are missing, and HAQM must take responsibility and issue the appropriate compensation.

We have opened a case, but we are only receiving generic responses. No one is investigating the disappearance of 656 items. This was a sealed box weighing 14 pounds, and it cannot simply vanish.We believe the items have been stolen, and HAQM must be held fully accountable.We do not accept automated or scripted replies. We've had this happen three times so far in 2025. Package get's delivered per carrier tracking and HAQM signature. HAQM says it didn't arrive. Form emails, cases closed without investigation, no refunds.

I have had 250 items missing for 3 1/2 months so far and they have told me repeatedly that they are in "FC processing." They pulled them from available so they are showing out of stock. I ordered more, and they did the same thing with the new items. I have also been a seller for over 10 years and this is unacceptable! They've been telling me this case is "expedited" for the last three months. Ya right. Also, meanwhile, they keep charging me HUGE warehouse fees for itmes I can't sell, and giving me scripted answers every time I open a case. I am going to let my items sell out and then I am DONE selling on HAQM.I can't take it anymore.
