Deactivate Section 3 of the "HAQM Business Solutions Agreement"

PLEASE HELP!

We got this email and do not understand what it is about. I am trying to request a deadline extension, but we have not received an answer. Could someone please explain the process to me? I manage the account for the owner of the HAQM seller account because she's legally blind, and I have to be present with the owner for this interview.

Can someone please help get a hold of someone or tell me what to expect so I can explain to the owner?

you cannot be in the interview unless you are an official part of the business. If she is too blind to run a business, then it appears to be your business more then hers?

I am not sure if they will accept your presence, without that you are on the business registration. Usually, if anyone else is present, the interview is terminated. You will do well to have proof ready that she is legally blind

They will want to see business documents, invoices, sourcing information......if you all are doing retail arbitrage or buy from shady "pallet deal" sellers, the interview will fail. They sent a list of paperwork you need to have ready and available. They will not show patience and if ANYTHING doesn't match exactly to the information already provided you will also fail the interview

If you are waiting to undergo the online interview, this is the third stage of the account verification. No, you will not get an extension for this. Either you have your documents together or you do not. If the "owner" can not make time for you, then the "owner" will have a deactivated account.

This consists of them confirming your document information and you showing the documents to them via the camera.

This is typically the final stage of the verification process which requires the "account owner" to be present. Additional parties are allowed but we will require proof of ID and association to the business. Additionally as they mentioned, if any unauthorized or unsupported individuals are present the call will end. Giving the situation of the account owner being blind, are you their legal care taker, and if so can you show the supporting documents as validation? This could be seen as a valid reason for your presence.

Once you're able to figure out who will be attending the interview, I would suggest reviewing our seller university video on how to prepare.
