ASIN Deactivation: IP & Bundling Issue on Snack Gift Box - Seeking Advice

Hello everyone,

My ASIN B0CT9TMSL4 (DOTORI SNACK BOX Korean Snacks Japanese Snack Box...) was deactivated. I've appealed multiple times, but it remains inactive, and my account health score is dropping.

The issues identified by HAQM are:

1. Copyright Image Misuse: Initially flagged (from an initial notification).

Action: I immediately replaced the web-sourced image with my own original product photo (after speaking with Priya, Case ID: 17883349071).

2. Trademark Concern & Product Bundling Policy (Combined Issues):

- Following my appeal, HAQM raised concerns regarding potential trademark infringement (specifically "SAPPORO") and the general Product Bundling Policy for consumables (as per Maria's notification, Case ID: 17884141441, and subsequent discussions with Quenette, Case ID: 17883257761, and Manish S.'s notification, Case ID: 17884465971).

- Action Taken & Compliance Argument:

My product's brand is "DOTORI SNACK BOX." My listing has always clearly established this. Any mention of third-party brands (like Sapporo or Ichiban Ramen) in the title or description is solely for truthful, descriptive purposes, identifying genuine components within the gift box. I have re-verified all content to ensure there is no misleading implication of branding or endorsement by individual snack manufacturers.

Furthermore, despite being a multi-brand consumable bundle, my product qualifies for HAQM's explicit "gift item within the gift basket category" exception in the Product Bundling Policy. My ASIN is categorized as "snack-food-gifts" and its title clearly defines it as a "Gift Box" and "Care Package Bundle," meeting all criteria for this exception which allows such multi-brand assortments for gifting.

I submitted a comprehensive appeal 5 days ago detailing all these actions and policy alignments, but I haven't heard back. Could an HAQM Mod please look into this, or can other sellers share experiences with similar complex IP/bundling appeals and their outcomes?

Did you address this? LOA from the brand in question for resale on HAQM?

The updated bundling policy is not a get-out-of-jail free card for IP infringement.
