We've been told that when a customer returns a product, if they select "arrives damaged" as the reason for their return, even if this is a complete lie, FBM sellers have no recourse to charge a restocking fee or get reimbursed via a Safe-T Claim. Is this really true? Our business is suffering from people buying our sporting goods products, using them in the field and beating them up, returning them with a fraudulent claim that they received them damaged, and having HAQM refund them in full out of our pocket.

What options do FBM sellers have to defend ourselves from a fraudulent second chargeback, when HAQM refuses to represent our case to the financial institution?

We're enrolled in Seller-Fulfilled Prime, and many of our products ship via UPS Next Day Air with a next-day guarantee to the entire United States, which we have no problem delivering on with 100% on-time performance to residential buyers, but HAQM also displays the next-day guarantee to PO Box customers. Only the USPS ships to PO Boxes, and the USPS does NOT offer next-day guarantees. Does HAQM have a plan to stop making impossible delivery promises to PO Box customers, and to stop holding sellers accountable for these literally impossible delivery targets?

We are using the HAQM Posts program through the HAQM Advertising API integration. As of Friday, May 30 2025 our integration returns an error message:
"HAQM Posts program is being deprecated and support for posts in HAQM Advertising API is being removed."

How to STOP buyers from choosing FREE return when the return reason they type contradicts the 'check box'?

When will AMZ create bots to go after hackers that use the same 'brand name' on this platform? Just go look here in the forums for the most common hacker accounts - yes it's that easy to know who they are and restore the listing to the REAL Brand Owner
When will AMZ put safety measures on their China systems to STOP 'helpers' inside that are likely the root of the issue?

Why hasn't HAQM implemented informed visibility mail & tracking for orders of $20 or less and 3.5 ounces or less into it's system up to this point? Ebay and Etsy have had it for years and it works great. It includes tracking and is low cost so the seller saves money on shipping and can pass that savings on to the buyers in lower prices. If we send anything without tracking that's just a free for all for buyers to scam the sellers and claim INR when 99% of the time the items do arrive, but there's no way to track them. As it is now, in order to be scammed by buyers a lot less we have to use Ground advantage which costs up to $4.51 just to have tracking which makes no sense to have shipping that costs more than the item being sold. It's far past time for HAQM to implement this into it's buy shipping program. Just look at Ebay Standard envelope and use it as a template.

What value is in HAQM Buy Shipping? HAQM states "Claim Protected" but it still hits our metrics.
How do we actually get our money back from the "insurance" HAQM claims is available through HAQM Buy Shipping? No one takes responsibility or ever issues a check. Everyone passes the buck. If HAQM is going to claim there is "insurance", then HAQM needs to provide a way to make good on those insurance claims.
