Hello amazon community and moderators.

I have been trying to get my brand approved to sell my products, but repeatedly get the same error, and the same templated response from HAQM Seller Support: "You are not approved to create new ASINs for this brand, and we are not accepting applications for approval". We are in progress with the IP Accelerator program in order to apply for Brand Registry, but we are looking to list our products with brand approval in order to get started in the mean time.

I have tried listing numerous products via Add Product, each one prompting me to apply to sell with my brand name, I then provide all of the required photos; All sides of my branded packaging & stamped products (jewelry, stamped with our brand name & metal stamp), all taken from my iphone, with the products or packaging either in my hand or set on my desk.

This has become an incredibly exhausting task. We are an established, 4 year old brand with 80k customers and 6.5k+ 5 Star reviews combined from our website & Etsy.
