hello, I'm new to the HAQM selling I've went to the registerion, have my store front and searched and found the item that I want to list and sell of course, the problem is I go through the listing process like filling in the weight dimensions upload pictures etc , now my question is is there a way those questions about weight items and shipping can be prefilled out automatically without having to fill in everything manually ,
Like on eBay for example I pull up a sold for what the item sold for it give me the price and when I go to list it everything else is prefilled all I got to do is put in a description set a bidding price and upload the pictures the weight and dimensions and the shipping price is already configured automatically so I don't have to spend a lot of time filling everything else out .
So in a nutshell is there a way to get my listing process time cut in half by having everything prefilled automatically to save in time ,prefilled out so the only thing I got to say is upload the pictures and configure a price and confirm shipping

HAQM is 100% absolutely NOTHING like Ebay.
If you try to run HAQM as you do Ebay, you will be permanently suspended in 4 weeks and any sales funds may end up confiscated.
You MUST go through HAQM seller university and absolutely MUST read their "sourcing guidelines" and "invoice requirements"

Thanks for posting your inquiry. There isn't a way to pre-fill all of the options when you generate your listing, however there are a couple of ways to speed up your listing process by automatically prefilling information into templates:
1. Use inventory file templates: These allow you to add or edit product listings in bulk. You can create a template to suit your specific requirements and list different types of products across multiple categories using one template.
2. Utilize the Listing Loader: This is a template specifically designed for uploading inventory for products that already exist in HAQM’s catalog. It offers several advantages:
- List in all eligible categories using a single template
- Import data from other flat files, reducing manual entry
- Use a barcode scanner to further reduce manual input
- Match based on standard product-id alone
- Perform product look-up on HAQM to resolve matching conflicts before upload
- Validate for data completeness, reducing upload failures
To get started with the Listing Loader:
- Download the Listing Loader template
- Enter your listing details into the template, providing all required fields
- Save the template as a tab-delimited text (.txt) file
- Go to Add Products via Upload in Seller Central
- Select Inventory Files for Specific Categories as the file type
- Upload your file
These methods can significantly streamline your listing process by allowing you to input information once and apply it to multiple listings.
