I need help- HAQM has not released funds for over 1 year
I have been trying to remedy our HAQM store for over 1 year now. Through countless calls , appeals , thousands of dollars of working with "experts" I am still in the same position. I have pleaded with HAQM through appeals and seem to get the same response. I unfortunately was misled working with companies that i trusted. They are now out of business and left me stranded. I am not sure what else to do? HAQM still has inventory and over 20k of funds that I need to get to try and salvage my business. I just feel i have been getting a run around on things and not super clear communication. Is there a better channel than through appeals to get communication?

Need more information, like why is the account not active? Sounds like an authenticity or IP complaint. If that is the case. legally HAQM cannot return any inventory or release any funds.

If these are branded units and you didn't provide a "Letter of Authorization" straight away from these brands HAQM consideres them as counterfeit. Legally they are neither allowed to disburse you the money for the sale of counterfeit items, nor are they allowed to return the goods to you. They are obliged do destroy them. Of course HAQM will take the cost for destroying them from your remaining balance.
That was a good idea. Nevertheless, you can't sell again on HAQM in your life. Leave all behind you and forget it and try on other platforms. There is a life after HAQM.
