Good Evening @Seller_MMPp9yFs5MdxZ,
Happy to look into this issue for you. Per the latest update on CASE ID 17613826231, the tracking label format is not accepted for ASIN B0CPQ66JVM to meet compliance requirements at this time.
The [tracking label/live] images submitted [does] not match with listed ASIN:
a) Images showing tracking label present on product packaging.
- Manufacturer or private labeler (distributor) name.
b) Images showing tracking label present on the physical product.
- Product images displaying tracking label that matches product images displayed on detail page.
- Manufacturer or private labeler (distributor) name.
- Location and date of production of the product.
- Detailed information on the manufacturing process, such as a batch or run number, or other identifying characteristics.
- *Other acceptable formats include manufacturer code, distributor code, RN# (Run Number), Company website, Brand name, manufacturer name.
While I am unable to review the submitted documents you have shared with the Compliance team, I can only reiterate that all the information shared with HAQM should match your compliance documents and images submitted. According to the feedback from the compliance team, the images of the labels submitted to them are not physically on the product and do not match what is shown on the detail page. (There is only 1 image on the detail page and its 3 pieces of the product not the full 12 count).
Here is the help page for Children's toys and video on requirements just in case you would like to review.
To add images to your listing when it product is inactive, you can use the following steps:
- Go to your menu in the upper left hand corner of Seller Central and select, 'Catalog'
- Then in that section, select 'Upload Images'
- From that page you can enter the ASIN you wish to add images to in the search bar under the ‘Image Manager’
If you have any questions with these steps →HERE← is the help page.
Hope the added context above helps with your appeal. Feel free to reach back out if you have any other questions. Have a good night.
Sincerely, Cooper_HAQM
