Food & Safety Violations. I need help. Still nobody reply and help.

Hello fellow sellers and HAQM support,

I’ve been selling a product successfully on HAQM for about 6 months. Recently, my listing was suddenly deactivated due to a **Product and Food Safety Violations**, even though all my documentation was already submitted and previously accepted.

What’s confusing is that:

* **Three color variations** of the same product were already selling without any problems.

* I added **two new color variations**, and shortly after that, the entire listing was removed.

* I experienced **the same issue when I first listed this product** months ago. Back then, it was also flagged, but the situation was resolved after submitting the necessary documents.

Now, my FBA inventory is sitting in HAQM’s warehouses, sales are blocked, and I am losing revenue daily. Meanwhile, **my competitors are still selling the same product** without any issues, which makes me wonder if the problem is not with the product itself but with my listing.

I have contacted Seller Support, but I have not yet received a clear explanation or resolution.

Any advice or help would be highly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has issued a warning about these types of alcohol-burning fire pits in general. These products have been linked to two deaths and numerous injuries, including severe burns. The CPSC advises consumers to stop using and dispose of them immediately.

Important safety information:

Flame jetting: This dangerous phenomenon can occur when refilling the fire pit while a flame is still present. Invisible flames can cause a sudden ignition of fuel in the container, resulting in a blowtorch-like effect.

Pool fires: Igniting pooled alcohol in the fire pit's open container can lead to an uncontrollable fire that spreads beyond the product.

Third-degree burns: Isopropyl alcohol and similar fuels used in these fire pits burn at over 1,600°F and can cause third-degree burns in less than one second
