I cannot renew my HAQM Business Insurance Certificate in Turkey because Marsh Turkey no longer provides this service in Turkey. I contacted all other insurance providers. But none of them take out this policy. Despite writing to HAQM Support many times, I have not received any help in understanding and solving my problem. Below is the response I received from an insurance provider in Turkey. The deadline for me to renew the policy has expired and I don't know what to do now. I don't understand why HAQM is not doing anything to solve this problem.
