Business Reports - Detail Page Sales and Traffic By Child Item - Weekly Ordered Product Sales Discrepancy

Hello,

We pull our ordered product sales totals on a weekly basis and have noticed that the totals have decreased about 8-10% from when I originally pulled the data to today.

For example, for the week of 3/30 to 4/5/2025 originally our ordered product sales value was $87k and now when I re-pull the data it is $79k.

Does anyone understand why the ordered product sales totals would decrease so much?

Hello @Seller_B8N8I3wQ4OPKP- and thank you for sharing this experience to the seller forums.

I do know that order report data can take some time to fully update across HAQM systems, but if you continue to see discrepancies it may be worthwhile to create a case with HAQM seller support to request some account specific investigation.

There is also an Ask HAQM event (think 'Ask Me Anything'-type thread) with the Selling Partner Growth Experience team happening tomorrow, which may be relevant for you. While the team who will be answering questions in that thread would likely not provide account specific guidance in that thread, they may have some helpful insight into how to best use those reporting tools!
