What is Canada's identity verification showing in my compliance showing on 19-3-25? I just started the listing not yet started selling. What am I supposed to do to remove it and be compliant? I am an HAQM USA seller, not willing to sell in Canada.

I'm having the same similar issue. I just signed up account yesterday and the only seller verification problem I have against with Canada. I'm fine not selling to Canada but it looks like it'll affect my account health regardless. Not sure what to do because it wont let me verify.

Thank you for following up with your notice.
Looking over the notification you provided, I see this was specifically referring to section P-4 of our business solution agreement:
P-4 Verification
- We may at any time require you to provide any financial, business or personal information we request to verify your identity. Providing accurate identity verification, upon request, is a condition precedent to further disbursements following account suspension or termination. You authorize us to obtain from time to time consumer credit reports to establish or update your Seller Account or in the event of a dispute relating to this Agreement or the activity under your Seller Account. You agree to update all Seller Account information promptly upon any change. The HAQM Payments Privacy Notice applies to transactions processed by HAQM Payments, Inc. This provision survives termination of the Agreement.
Per the mentioned request, we will ask that you review "ALL" account information and verify your information is accurate and up to date. This information is required to reference you registered business and address, or personal information and address. All information NEEDS to match 100% or it cannot be accepted. Have you reviewed this policy, or updated your information since receiving this notice?
You advised that you uploaded a business formation document. As mentioned, you will need to additionally provide supporting documents such as photo ID and or a utility bill, referencing your physical address for the business, virtual addresses cannot be properly verified in most situations. Once updated please resubmit your information for further review.
