compliance gitch or other issue?
I am trying to submit compliance document for children's toys, I have all the document uploaded but when I hit submit I keep getting "An error occurred. Please try again." I tried it on different browser, across different days, Has anyone run into this issue? Is this a glitch on the site or could it be something I'm not doing right, I was able to get the same document uploaded for a variant that uses the same compliance document with no issue before, but the past few days, I am not able to submit anything without that error popping up.

There was internal technical issue that has since been resolved. I would recommend that you clear your browser cache & cookies and try again.
If you have and still run into difficulties, please contact Seller Support to report this, and share the case ID here for further review and potential escalation.
