Is anyone having countless variations just randomly deleted by HAQM for no reason at all and without any requests from the brand?
I am suffering massive losses due to these issues. Is it just me?

Hi Glenn,
This variation issue was fixed on a prior period case.
I have provided them a letter of authorization, invoices and proof the variation exists outside of the USA.
HAQM is the cause of this variation falling apart. This is causing me significant financial damage. This is truly a non-issue that is wreaking havoc on my business.
Your company needs to take responsibility for your backend issues and fix this issue promptly as a courtesy to my business and the tens of other businesses selling this inventory.

Please update the team that I was cleared on an 8040 error for this brand on Case ID 15108491641.
Ask them to use that support ticket to clear this case as well. This is 100% a valid variation, which is the most important and critical issue here.
Why is HAQM engaging in this type of variation abuse when you already have a system in place to manage illegal variations through Listing Policy Account Health violations that will lead to account suspensions?

When you get a variation set up correctly, you should go to the variation wizard and download the family template so that if it does become dismantled later you can easily upload the file.

In general the team is trying to troubleshoot what is happening with your variation, however in order to do you will need to resubmit the variation via upload and provide your Batch ID if the variation upload fails. HAQM cannot submit variations on the behalf of your account so you will need to follow the steps the escalation team are requesting in order to get assistance. There are many reasons a variation might be dismantled, however the team will need to see what happens when you attempt to upload your variation to fix it in order to try to determine the exact cause and how to fix and prevent it in the future.
