Can anyone explain how this is late?

I keep getting hit with on time delivery violations. The promised dates and delivery dates coincide. The only issue I can see is that the time of day is later that what is promised. Are the packages now time critical?

I can see you have questions about your on-time delivery metric. I know the information can be overwhelming as the report includes multiple dates and times, therefore I want to support you in understanding why these orders are impacting your metric. I suggest you start by reviewing the on-time delivery rate report help page that explains each section of the report.

When verifying if your order was delivered within the required window, be sure to check that the 'Actual Delivery Date' (column J) has occurred prior to the 'Promised delivery date without a promise extension' (column H). The order must be delivered prior to this listed date and time, otherwise it will not be considered OTDR compliant.

For example, OID: 112-1715208-3662639 had a delivery by date of Mon, Jun 2, 2025 PDT; however, actual delivery shows Tues, Jun 3, 2025 PDT. On the Excel sheet, you will see the time measured in Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), which is likely why you see the same date. You can find the exact time in Pacific Time (PST/PDT) by expanding the section further, it will look something like this:

In this case, you can see the order was delivered a day late, which is why it impacted your on-time delivery rate (OTDR). For future issues, I suggest reviewing the help pages linked above or using this thread that a colleague of mine created, which also covers common questions.

I hope my response is beneficial for your business. The forums community and I are here to support you.

Best,

Remy
