FBA SHIPMENT ISSUE !!!!!! DELIVERED 3 MONTHS AGO , NOT RECEIVED AS OF TODAY
We sent an FBA shipment few months ago, shipment showing delivered to AMAZON warehouse. But nothing was received into our inventory and AMAZON closed the shipment. We opened case after case and NO one is helping . We are keep getting some copy paste answers saying nothing was received or found. And we are keep not getting any assistance or help with reimburstments. PLEASE WE NEED HELP !!!!!! this is 41k dollar or shipment and we are small business, this will put us out of business if we do not get any help !!!!

We sent POD, vendor invoices, BOL and everything else we could possible think of showing the PROOF that indeed this was delivered to AMAZON.
