New requirement to sell Nike.
Hello, two days ago I received an email stating that I needed authorization to sell Nike products , after there years of successful sales . We sent the corresponding invoices again , and they haven't been accepted. Is anyone else experiencing this problem ? I'd appreciate some information.

Did you include your written Letter of Authorization from Nike stating that you are authorized to sell Nike products on HAQM?
Without that, you'll likely get nowhere. Nike generally does not allow 3P sellers to handle their products on any website.

consider yourself lucky you got 3 years, many others lost their FBA inventory and all funds in their accounts for being unauthorized by Nike.

What exactly did you send them? Was it a single receipt or invoice showing the combined purchase or 100 units?

I thought I was pretty clear; that if you don't have written permission from Nike to sell their products on HAQM, that you will get nowhere; because Nike generally (note the word "generally", not "totally" or "always") does not allow 3P sellers to sell their brand on other websites. For a while, they were quite strict about it, but have loosened up a little bit in the last year or so, but only slightly.
What part of my statement is unclear?

Hello @Seller_lIFQSrO5vXyzd,
Thanks for posting this inquiry. HAQM requires approval to sell in many categories, brands, and products and in some instances restrictions and policies change. While you may have been approved in the past, as the HAQM catalog grows, we continuously make new determinations on which products should be restricted, which is based on a number of factors. HAQM does this to ensure authenticity and customer satisfaction.
For this reason, you may be required to gain approval to sell certain products. In most situations, a direct invoice from the manufacturer is required.
A letter of authorization (LOA) can also be a valuable addition to your appeal in these situations if you’re sourcing directly from the brand or their manufacturer.
You will find more details about this using the resources below:

I’ve been selling Nike for several years and right now it’s my biggest selling brand. I just got the regate email as well. I bought 100 units of Nike and submitted my application and it has been decline 3 times now. Not sure what to do. So upset about this .

Did you bother reading the thread, especially the post from Manny? If you want to sell Nike, you need to have an LoA FROM NIKE.
The fact that you've been selling Nike for several years would indicate that your sourcing is not meeting the requirements; either you were not buying directly from Nike with a wholesale account, or if you have a B&M store and WERE authorized to buy and sell Nike, you were violating the part of their terms stating that you could sell only in your own store or on your own website. It's only be very recently that Nike has started to (slightly) relax those requirements.

I got the same email from HAQM indicating that I need to show a purchase of 100 Nike products to continue selling Nike brand products after April 24 (I've been selling Nike products for several years). Has anyone successfully submitted an invoice or receipt that HAQM has accepted?

Invoices do not prove the brand has allowed you to take some of their market share without permission to do so.
