Verification Complete but Account Still Deactiavted
My Account has been deactivated for over a week now, and since then I have been sending them tonnes of documents which I would usually send to a Govt Official ro issue me a passport. First, they didn't even look into the documents and kept sending me Boiler Plate emails. Now, after over a week, I got an email TWICE that the documents have been reviewed and the verification is complete and I can start selling.
But when I log in, the issue still persists. Every time I reach out to support, I have to tell the same story over and over. Its been so frustrating due to loss of sales, the storage cost for the warehouse.
Can someone from HAQM please look into it and show some compassion, and make sure they there is a human level engagement in this case.
I have sent them 7 Appeals, including My Govt ID, My License, My bank statement, Credit card statement, my company bank statement, Internet Bill, electricity Bill, Company ownership documents.
Please have a more competent team in your verification department that doesn't try to play GOD, out of their ego, and seek joy from troubling others by not doing their job.
Whosoever is causing me this deliberate trouble, no matter what role you are in, you are still a servant, so have some humility.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the verification that you have been attempting to complete. I understand that you received messaging that the account restrictions were going to be removed, but you are still seeing them currently. I do want to offer support, but I will require more information regarding the situation. Have you attempted to open any cases that I could further review? Have you received any recent updates from our team?
