Urgent Escalation Request: FBA delivered a wrong ASIN unit, resulting in a 2-star Negative Review Impact, Inventory registration issue, and ASIN Variation Inventory Registration Error

Hi Forum Moderators,

We respectfully request that this matter [ID 17802338181] be escalated directly to a FBA Supervisor, as it exceeds the authority of the standard support level.

We have encountered a critical issue regarding our FBA inventory. The incorrect fulfillment of the ASIN − led to a dissatisfied customer who gave a 2-star review. Unfortunately, this was our first review, and it has caused a complete sales stop since then. Our average daily sales dropped from 1.5–2 units per day to zero, despite running an active CPC campaign. This campaign cost us with no resulting sales, and we were forced to pause it today.

This negative review, caused solely by HAQM FBA’s fulfillment error, is directly damaging our brand and sales. We firmly request that HAQM take responsibility to resolve this, not just log it as a future prevention point.

We kindly request your assistance in escalating our case [ID 17802338181] to a Supervisor of the HAQM FBA team, as it exceeds the authority of the standard support level.

We express our concerns regarding the two-star negative review, caused solely by HAQM FBA’s fulfillment error, which delivered an incorrect ASIN unit, and is directly damaging our brand and sales.

Separately, we also ask the Supervisor to review the entire FBA system setup for our four child variation ASINs and ensure that the inventory is recorded correctly to prevent repeated variation mismatches.

I was checking, and I can see that the case ID 17802338181 is currently being worked by the team in charge.

In order for us to be able to escalate these types of the issue, part of the criteria is that the case has to be resolved by the seller support team.
