We recently received HAQM’s decision to freeze our product listing, which has been suspended since May 22, 2025, due to "Food and Commodity Safety Issues." We have already submitted the required compliance documents through the relevant appeal portal, but HAQM’s response stated that it "does not accept any document review." (Case id: 17783026811)

Given the current situation, we kindly request that HAQM’s safety team re-evaluate our product for the following reasons:

1. Product Classification: Our product is a portable power station (this product includes lithium batteries), but it is not sold as a standalone battery. This portable power station is an approved category under HAQM’s policies.

2. Battery Capacity Compliance: Our power station has a capacity of 299Wh, which does not exceed HAQM’s policy limits. Please refer to the attached documents for details.

3. Certifications & Compliance: Our product holds all necessary certifications and complies with both legal regulations and HAQM’s lithium battery requirements.
