premium A+ still not unlocked

I've already met the requirements to get Premium A+, but it’s still not available. Could you help me unlock it?
1. I have more than 5 ASINs；2.I have more than 5 approved project submissions of A+ Content that have been approved and published within the past 12 months； 3.All my ASINs have brand story;

Premium A+ content grants are evaluated on a weekly basis and are automatic! If you believe you have met all the requirements and have still not been granted access in one week, please reach back out to me.
