Shipment claims!!!The parcel I received in September last year was missing 30 packs. My appeal was rejected until the statute of limitations expired. I am sure that this batch of goods was your fault.

Part number: FBA184N7KFJT. After I found out that 30 packs were missing in October last year, I opened several cases, but they didn’t compensate me. I sent them the packing list, receipt and invoice, and confirmed that 90 packs were sent to the HAQM warehouse, but they still didn’t compensate me. The case IDs are as follows: 17013077551, 17240280461, 17427630741, 17543123971. I hope you can help solve the problem.
