We have been in a loop of appeal rejections for 11 days now and despite a phone call with a rep who told us what was missing from our appeal, 2 more have since been rejected. Is there a moderator available that can look into this? Thank you.

UPDATE: We have submitted multiple complete appeals with full evidence, including deletion of all listings, store rebrand, compliance policy, trademark search logs, and historical brand usage. We are not disputing the violations — we’re appealing based on full correction and remediation. Could an HAQM Moderator please escalate this to the policy team? Complaint ID: 17445396731
